To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIntric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid to AIntric in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
